Wagyu beef shawarma carving off the spit

About

Halal done right, open when you actually want it.

A grill on Cross St with one rule: nothing sits. Wagyu off the spit, smashburgers on the flattop, wraps pressed to order, served late for the people who keep this town up till 3am.

Our Story

Built for the late shift.

It started with one stubborn idea: the best food in town shouldn't clock out at nine. So we set up on Cross St, steps from EMU, to feed the people who keep Ypsilanti moving: students deep in a deadline, friends chasing one more hour, anyone who knows the night's just getting good.

We went all in on halal, done properly. Marbled Wagyu turning slow on the spit. Smashburgers seared to lacy edges on the flattop. Wraps pressed till they crackle. No heat lamps, no shortcuts. If it isn't built the moment you order it, we won't hand it to you.
